All high schoolers are welcome to join us for fun, dinner, and to celebrate John going into the seminary … AND meet the new Youth Minister, Sophia on Friday, July 26 from 6-9 pm!

B.A.S.I.C. (Brothers and Sisters in Christ) is St. Anastasia’s high school youth group, which meets during the school year on Sundays at 6 PM after the 5 PM Mass unless otherwise announced (check Parish Calendar). B.A.S.I.C. seeks not only to attract high schoolers to the faith, but to help those already invested to have a deeper and more meaningful relationship with the Lord and their peers.
The youth group is mostly led by the Teen Council, with support from adult CORE members. The teen leaders are responsible for coordinating many topics and although the teaching is carefully critiqued, it is made by teens for teens. This is so that teens may stay on track with choosing relevant topics that are of interest to their lives. Teens are given the opportunity to grow and learn not only with adult mentors but with their own peers in a community of inclusion, acceptance, and love.
All high schoolers are welcome!
Each night includes dinner, games, teaching, fellowship, and group discussion. Bring a friend!
