Music Ministry

The purpose of the Music Ministry is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through song, to lead the congregation in worship, and to provide an avenue through which individuals may share their gift and be an integral part of the worship service. The Music Ministry spreads the Word of God through music experiences. Vocalists, instrumentalists, cantors are all needed for various music groups. For more information or to join one of the many opportunities, please contact Josh Ross by email or fill out this online form.

Confident singers who wish to lead the assembly in song are encouraged to audition for this ministry. Rehearsals are before each Mass and held periodically throughout the year. Vocal experience and music reading skills are necessary.

Adult & high school members of St. Anastasia Church who are talented at playing a musical instrument (flute, violin, sax, viola, cello, piano etc.) are welcome to share their gifts with the worshiping community at any of the weekend Masses. Opportunities for solos and ensembles abound with the many liturgies celebrated throughout the year.
