Seniors 55+ “Balance in Life” Part II:
With Dr. Nadine Wodwaski
Wednesday, September 9, 2026
11 am-Noon with light lunch (please register*)
Last month, in our talk on “Balance in Living”: Part I, Dr. Nadine spoke on ways to improve our everyday physical balance. In this talk, Dr. Nadine will focus on the skills, practices and strategies that people can take part in to balance, support and strengthen our mental alertness and well-being.
Just because we can text, watch TV, and check our social media feed at the same time doesn’t mean it’s good for us. When our brains are hit with several streams of info at once, it has to sift through it all. This makes it harder for us to focus, manage our memory and alertness, and to switch from one thing to another. It’s easy to feel scattered and unfocused. This overload of information can affect all areas of our life.
Join us as Dr. Nadine offers expert, friendly advice and awareness about improving our mental alertness.
*Please call the Parish Office at 248-689-8380 by September 4th to register. There is no charge to attend.
