St. Anastasia Roman Catholic Church
Parish Library

Parish Library

The St. Anastasia parish library is a wonderful resource of Catholic books, periodicals, videos, and recordings. It is open during office hours and on Sundays.

Book-loving volunteers needed after the Saturday and Sunday Masses to assist parishioners in locating items in the library, answering questions about the library, or finding resources. No expertise required — training will be provided. It is a commitment of a ½ hour to an hour after the Mass of your choice with rotating weeks depending on number of volunteers.

Volunteers are also needed to serve on a committee to promote the library through special projects and events, i.e. used book sale, story time, library open house, etc. We are looking for fresh ideas and helping hands.

For more information contact Betty Navarre or Dale Richardson.

The Parish Library is located in the hallway behind the social hall, and is open to all parishioners. It is open during parish office hours and after all weekend Masses. You must be a registered member of the parish to borrow from the library.

Our library is a comprehensive resource for all parishioners and includes items for research, study, and pleasure, including:

  • Inspirational non-fiction
  • Christian-themed fiction
  • Children’s Christian-themed books
  • Family videos
  • Inspirational audio tapes and CDs
  • St. A homilies on audio
  • Scripture study books
  • Religious reference books
  • Books on family life
  • Books on grief and loss
