· This Scholarship application is limited to High School Senior Catholic Students whose Parents, Grandparent or themselves are Parishioners of St. Anastasia Roman Catholic Church.

· We will be awarding up to 2 Scholarships for the 2022/2023 school year.

o 1) Scholarship of $1,500.00 for a selected female in high school

o 1) Scholarship of $1,500.00 for a selected male in high school

Important Dates:

· Completed applications and references must be received by April 4, 2023

· The Scholarship Committee reserves the right to reject late applications.

· Announcement of Scholarship Recipients will be made following the St. Anastasia Baccalaureate 5 pm Mass on Sunday, June 4.
