Pickleball on Thursdays

9 AM – 11:30 AM in our gym!

Benefits of playing Pickleball: fun exercise, not hard to learn, improve hand and eye skills, being more alert of things around you, helps with balance, walking, being more alert when driving the car. Most importantly, you meet some new friends with the same interest in exercise.

Pickleball is a cross between Ping Pong and Tennis but it is played on a smaller indoor court. We use a wiffleball and a paddle and it is easier on your arms. Come on Thursday morning at 9:00 AM and we will teach you how to play or just watch you might like to try to play.
