Have you spent longs hours this summer sitting in an emergency room? Have you ever wondered about those care centers that you see as you drive around town? A faster, easier and just as efficient way to get emergency treatment is by using an URGENT CARE facility. There are a couple of facilities in the area that the parish nurses agree are very reliable and some of us have even used them ourselves.

DOC NOW Urgent Care is located at 1701 South Blvd, at Dequindre and South Blvd just around the corner from Troy Beaumont Hospital. DOC NOW is also located at 4600 Investment Drive at Long Lake and Crooks. They are open Monday – Friday 10am-10pm; Sat and Sun 9am-9pm; and holidays 10am-6pm. Treatment for minor infections, minor accidents such as sprains and breaks, and sports physicals are available.
